Great place, nice homes and nice facilities. Very kind staff, everything cared at the least detail. Very recommended. I have been living for more than one year and I have to say that the slogan, "a place like no other" is completely true. A true resort inside Riyadh. Feeling really pity at the moment to leave.

Great place with excellent apartments, food is good, gym is clean and airy. There are squash, tennis & basketball courts. Fabulous swimming pool also... What isn't there to like.

My experience with compounds in Riyadh is mostly hit and miss - whenever I found a decent property I most likely met a horrendous sales/management team there. Sometimes it was the other way around and on some occasions there would be no contrast to talk about as I found average properties with below-average quality of service.
I was however very impressed with the tour I had in California - very welcoming and knowledgeable team showed me around (and yes, there is a lot to show in this compound!) and answered my questions. I then discussed the possibility of relocation with the management and all I can say is that they were friendly, honest and professional - the qualities a lot of her peers are lacking in this market. I seriously cannot find any major flaw in order to criticize the personal or the property itself, they are setting a very high standard and this place is definitely worth considering!
